The best crust in town! Their Alfredo based dishes are a bit too bland for me, but love their tomato sauce. The fried mushrooms are really good and plan to try the calamari next time as our awesome server, Morgan, told us she thinks it's the best in town. Always a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and definitely a great place to go with kids and family.

The waitress wasn’t in any hurry to give us our salad or our food,she never refilled our drinks either. This was the first time visiting their restaurant and I will not go back,she left me with a bad impression.

I called at noon to place an order for dining in. I order in advance bc I have a 16m old that gets antsy when she has to wait a long time. We had a simple order of a pepperoni Stromboli. On the phone the owner stated it would be 15 minutes. I was happy, bc it was going to take us around that time to get there. Well sat and waited and waited. At 12:30 the owner states that the food will be out in just a minute..... She then gave me an excuse that the kitchen forgot. I didn't receive my food til 12:35. Several tables around me who were seated after me got their food before me. When my waitress came back around I requested cheesecake and got an eyeroll bc she was attempting to give me my bill. I used to love this place, now I'm just so disappointed. They seem to no longer care.Don't worry, I still tipped 20%, bc I'm not a mean person...

Nice, casual, family restaurant. Quite popular. Good Italian eats at fair prices. I stop in about once a month. Always good service, always great pizza!

The only good thing about this establishment is the pizza, it was delicious. Everything else on the menu did not taste great, small portions, and a little over priced. The server did not know the menu and was unable to answer an questions and the only time we saw her after we order is when I had to hunt her down for the check.

I love eating here and I have been for around 10 years. Best pizza and calzones in Albany. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that enjoys New York style pizza. Definitely beats any chain restaurant. 10/10

It has been a long time since I have eaten here and I don't know why. The food is good and the wait staff is really nice, especially Tammy! She was at our table frequently making sure we were ok and bringing us anything we wanted, and believe me, my daughter is very hard to please. However Tammy brought her and my granddaughter everything they wanted with a big smile. We will be back!

Great food, wonderful staff. However, I had to wait entirely too long for spaghetti to go. And they forgot my salad. I called in during the storm, waited 20 min, went to pick up, and waited at least 20 more min bc they also had a large catering type order called in. Half of my order was ready already. Other than that, it's great every time.

Always enjoy going to Picnic Pizza. Good is always excellent. Try the Calzone! It is a bit pricey though but worth it.

Picnic salad is always good. Pizza's much better when ordered by the pie rather than by the slice.

Picnic Pizza has true Italian food. My pizza was hot and delicious. I can't eat cheese, so they prepared it as I requested. They have great salads also.

The absolutely have some of the best wings in town and their Picnic special sandwich is a must try. If you have a big appetite try their calzones, my mouth is watering just thinking about them...

Service is usually pretty friendly. The only food item I order is the Steak & Cheese Sub. I ask for Italian Dressing instead if the marinara.Always a favorite for me !
